This November RSA UAE launched RSA Royalty- a bespoke, market leading programme designed to reward its direct customers and thank them for being part of the RSA family! The first of its kind by an insurance company in the region, RSA Royalty offers exclusive member benefits that touches different aspects of one’s every day life- from dining in a restaurant to getting your car washed.
RSA Royalty members receive exclusive discounts from a wide range of handpicked partners such as Accor Hotels, GeoWash, Orient Travel, JadoPado, Jumbo Electronics and Uber. Discounts range for purchases on airline tickets to electronics, hotel stays to spa vists, and eco car washes to e-commerce shopping.
rsaroyalty.ae is a dedicated website and platform in which members can log in, view and edit their account, download the latest offers and refer their friends and family about RSA.
The programme, a tier based system, rewards customers for their positive buying behaviour at every step. This includes buying a new insurance policy to renewing a policy, purchasing additional RSA products or even by referring a friend to purchase with RSA. Under each tier i.e. Bronze, Silver and Gold, customers enjoy different levels of rewards including offers from leading hospitality, leisure, travel and retail groups.
The design of the loyalty programme stands out from the standard loyalty systems such as airlines, in that it is surprisingly easy to climb the tiers. A Comprehensive Motor Insurance policy will earn an RSA direct customer 200 points, which will automatically place the member in the Silver tier.
