Best and an A2 credit rating (stable) from Moody's, ensuring that we meet our customers' needs for financial security.
RSA continues to lead and innovate in a number of areas across the business, particularly in underwriting and claims management. We continually emphasise the importance of quality risk management to our intermediaries and clients by conducting sessions and workshops to improve their product knowledge. Apart from this, we have made significant advancements in the technology arena by building cutting edge intermediary interfaces for our car, home, travel, marine and office products.
