We find ourselves in an unprecedented situation whereby COVID-19 (coronavirus) is impacting millions across the globe and in the UAE.

We want to let you know that despite business not being usual under these challenging circumstances, we are still here for you.

At RSA we have made the necessary changes to our business operations to protect your health, the health of our staff, and to support our customers.

This post will be updated throughout the pandemic with news and information about RSA’s operations and changes to any insurance processes in the UAE that may impact customers.

RSA Operational Changes - Wednesday 25th March 2020

RSA employees will be working remotely, while being fully accessible and operational.

RSA has closed its branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah until further notice.

We urge as many customers as possible to use our website, which provides an easy, convenient and quick way to renew and claim online. You can also use our Live Chat functionality to speak to a customer service agent (9AM to 5PM - Saturday to Thursday).

RTA Announce Changes to Vehicle Registration Process - Saturday March 21st

The RTA and Ministry of Interior have announced that UAE residents are required to renew their vehicle registration through the RTA.ae website and app only.

They added that drivers are exempt from vehicle inspection, fine payments, and traffic black points for the next three months.

To complete your vehicle renewal process, please visit RTA.ae.
This is an important change in policy for those that are renewing or purchasing a new car insurance policy.
